Your 1800 Number will auto-divert incoming calls to a nominated destination landline or mobile number. You pay incoming calls at the following rates (guides only and may vary over time).
$22 per month plus Incoming calls:
- LOCAL 9 cents per minute ( with the First 15min free )
- STD 11 cents per minute
- MOBILES 16 cents per minute

The Australian Communications Authority (ACA) is the government department that issues all numbers. They decide what is deemed a named number. These numbers need to be purchased from authorised reseller networks. We are part of this network and can assist you. Prices start from $5000 and include ownership of the intellectual property rights. E.g. 1300FLOWERS
A number named after your Business Name is usually not a named number. E.g. 1300MYNAMES and this type of number does need to be purchased if it available on the exchange of listed numbers. This means you can simply register a connection to your business without the need to purchase it from the ACA. However ... if your business name number is not available becaus it has not been issued for sale yet (by the ACA) ... you will need to purchase it outright.
